Adobe Rounds Up Nifty Tutorials For Creatives, Free Resources For Premiere Pro

Adobe has released a new toolset called Productions for Premiere Pro and customizable 3D text and shapes feature for Dimension, and is also offeringfree resources to creatives during this uncertain period.


Free Team Projects access

The company is offering Team Projects in Premiere Pro and After Effects free-of-charge to Creative Cloud Individual users until 17 August 2020.


Free tutorials and tips for creative professionals

To keep you productive, Adobe has rolled out blog posts comprising 40 must-watch tutorials for digital artists, designers and photographers.

Adobe Evangelist Jason Levine will also be hosting a livestream series till 17 April 2020, which will see demonstrations, case studies and workflow tips to aid creatives to work efficiently.






Adobe Premiere Pro updates

The new Productions feature is a system aiming to improve performance and workflow for feature films, broadcasts, and episodic content. The system helps users work on smaller project sizes that contribute to a larger workflow, offering versatility to various project types.

For example, a team working on a film can utilize Productions to organize its workflow through reels and scenes, while episodic shows can be collated according to seasons.

Users can use Productions to cross-reference assets when working on a project and facilitate collaboration with multiple editors, as well.




Adobe Dimension updates

The latest update for Dimension will now include customizable 3D text and geometric shapes for designers to create professional product shots and rendered clips. Users can personalize their 3D assets with options such as spacing and depth. The new basic shape assets will include a cube, plane, sphere cone, torus and cylinder.

Free coloring book

Adobe Create has also released free weekly coloring books by several artists, which you can opt to print out and color at home or have fun with it via Adobe’s apps digitally.




Create an avatar for online meetings

Remote workers can also check out Adobe’s latest YouTube tutorial on making your Zoom meetings and Google Hangouts a tad bit fun using Adobe Character Animator.
