Free Taco Bell Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Tacos to be triggered by NBA Finals comeback

Taco Bell will bring back its Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Tacos for a tie-in with the NBA Finals called Taco Bell Comebacks.

The promotion is similar to the Irvine-based fast food chain’s “Steal a Game, Steal a Taco” promotions.

The first finals game in which a team makes a halftime comeback to win will trigger the comeback of Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Tacos, which debuted for a limited time in April 2020.

The taco is not currently on the menu, and Taco Bell hasn’t announced a date for the giveaway. Details will be released after a comeback game.

The NBA Finals begin on July 8 and run through July 22 if there is a Game 7. One team will be the Phoenix Suns, having defeated the Clippers 130-103 on Wednesday. The other team will be either the Milwaukee Bucks or the Atlanta Hawks.

Taco Bell has more basketball news. It has become the official restaurant partner of the Big3, a three-on-three basketball league founded by rapper and actor Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz.
