I doubled this recipe and made it while my parents and sister were here

It is rich and delicious.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Bread Pudding 

1 dozen original glazed Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Beth used Round Rock Donuts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cups chopped pecans
Caramel Pecan Sauce
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Cube doughnuts and place in a large bowl.

Mix the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and milk together. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour over the cubed doughnuts.

Let sit for a minute until most of the liquid is absorbed into the doughnuts.
Pour in a greased 8x8 baking dish.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set.

In a sauce pan, combine the butter, brown sugar and whipping cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour over the bread pudding.
Beth doubled this and put it in a 9 x 13 pan.  It will feed A LOT of people if you double it!
