Mutton leg( raan) roast| kabuli pulao| bakra eid special recipe
Mutton leg roast ingredients
- mutton leg
- 15 green chili’s, 15 garlic cloves,3 inch ginger 2 pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp meat tenderizer powder
- 1 tbsp whole spices powder
- 3 tbsp oil
Kabuli Pulao ingredients
- 3 glass rice
- 2 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp ginger ,garlic , green chili paste
- 1 cup oil
- 15 whole black pepper
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bey leaf
- 2 chicken cube
- 5 cloves
- 2 tbsp salt to taste
- 25,30 almonds, raisins
- 4 glass water

Method of Recipe Mutton leg roast & kabuli pulao
firstly wash mutton leg dry with clean clothe. make ginger ,garlic ,green chili’s paste. take one cup yogurt add all dry spice’s & garlic, ginger chili’s paste. add 3 lemon juice. add meat tenderizer powder &whole spices powder. set mutton leg for roast overnight. next day cook mutton leg in steam for 3 hours then fry 1 cup oil light brown color.
Kabuli Pulao|| add 1 cup oil in pot add onion cook until light brown color. add 1 tbsp ginger, garlic, green chili’s paste sauté for a minute. add whole dry spices cook for minute & added carrot . add 4 glass water cover cook until one boiled comes then added soaked rice.cook rice medium to high heat until all water dry.as soon water dry low heat cook in steam 10 minute kabuli pulao.
